Alpha School Prepares Students for Life After Alpha

At Alpha School, students are exposed to more than your typical academic subject areas. Through our Career Readiness Program students practice multiple skills to prepare them for potential future employment. Facilitated by our skilled instructors and a bevy of hands-on materials, students learn how to sort, assemble and disassemble, collate, file, print and embroider, in a vibrant, positive, and motivating environment.

Through our Career Readiness Program, students build skills while also developing a resume and portfolio to bring with them. Students also receive exposure and training, as appropriate, in career exploration, resume building, and interviewing skills. Students participate in role playing to experience the atmosphere of finding and competing for employment. Staff provides coaching and feedback to help ready the students for this real world experience.
